Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
Summer Camps
CANCELLATION POLICY If you need to cancel for any reason up until 24 hours prior to event check-in, you will receive a credit voucher for registration fees paid that is good through the following year for any Spark Basketball Camp and is transferable to any immediate family member. Participants who DO NOT attend their registered event (no-shows for any reason) or who do not contact Spark Basketball to cancel at least 24 hours prior to the first session of their registered event will not receive a voucher or refund. If Spark Basketball cancels your child's event due to COVID-related facility closures, government mandates or other circumstances, you will automatically be issued a credit voucher for the remaining portion of your registration fees paid which can be applied to any Spark Basketball event through the following year and used by any immediate family member. These policies are in place to account for event fees associated with each registration that is made in advance of the event. Participant waives any and all damages that may otherwise arise out of any event cancellation and agrees to accept as liquidated damages said registration fees.
